On October 1, 1999 I was fortunate enough to be presented with the ìWestern Heritage Awardî by Jackie Autry at the Gene Autry Museum. This gala was a fundraiser for the museum's educational program for children and the art and artifacts acquisition fund. I feel truly blessed to have been able to help with this fundraiser. If you have never visited this museum please place this on your list of things to do. The Museum is devoted to the "spirit" of the west and the exhibits are outstanding.
